Position Summary:

We areconstantly innovating and looking for new ways to use technology to enhance our customers’ interaction. The Identity and Access Manager’s role is responsible for the day -to-day operations of the Identity and Access Management program. This is an active, hands-on position, responsible for the planning, design, development, and the support of the identity and access management function and all its components. Team responsibilities include:

  • Provisioning of user accounts for onboarding employees and requested non-employees
  • Processing of changes to account security requirements as approved by management
  • Assistance to users as required
  • Maintenance of security infrastructure, including software and user directories
  • Processing of user terminations
  • Reporting on provisioning activities
  • Automation of provisioning, ongoing maintenance, and de-provisioning
  • Multifactor authentication
Responsibilities will also include working with leaders across the GoHealth Urgent Care organization to understand and to plan for their team’s upcoming onboarding needs and be a point of escalation for any priority issues. Close collaboration with the IT/engineering team to document and continuously improve the onboarding process, systems, and tools. This role will be leading the team to ensure providing all of our users accounts (employees and non-employees) are completed on/before their start date.

The role will require collaboration with diverse roles including TA’s, JV Partner’s, operations leadership, as well as others within the IT team. It will require excellent problem-solving skills to anticipate and solve for complexities to our organizations staffing design.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • BS/BA in a technical field required (or equivalent experience)
Work Experience
  • 2+ years experience in Identity and Access Management required
  • Experience in a healthcare company with knowledge of existing and
  • emerging requirements related to privacy and security of health information.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Experience with Risk Management and Information Security strategy,
  • practices, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience managing Cloud identity management providers (e.g. Okta,
  • Auth0, etc.) and implementing secure SSO strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology and IT Security
  • Demonstrable experience of strategic and tactical thinking and working in
  • information sensitive business(es)
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in
  • writing
  • Ability to approach problems from an IT security perspective coupled with
  • sound business know-how
  • Must be an intelligent, articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an
  • effective member of the management team and who can communicate
  • Identity and access security-related concepts to a broad range of technical
  • and non-technical staff
  • High degree of empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness and ability to
  • lead small teams to accomplish key objectives

Additional Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities Preferred
  • Experience with Information Security frameworks and standards, such as NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Manage and lead the identity and access management function, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters.
  • Involvement in projects as needed as determined by the scope and related to the job function.
  • Provisioning and deprovisioning of user and service account access to all GoHealth’s systems.
  • Centralization of user access maintenance.
  • Creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal control documentation required for user provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Ensures access is provisioned and deprovisioned timely and accurately.
  • Manages and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support.
  • Assesses the current environment and makes continuous improvement to align with future state architecture.
  • Proactively works with technology and product managers to identify potential issues and ensures effective remediation
  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Manages and monitors systems associated with Identity and Access management solutions; provides incident and problem management support.
  • Assesses the current environment and makes continuous improvement to align with future state architecture.
