Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, preparing correspondence and expense reports, receiving visitors, arranging travel, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing and managing company documents. Effectively communicate with executives, other team members and guests in person and on the telephone. Confidentiality and professionalism are critically important.
- Some College Courses – Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High School Diploma – Required
Work Experience: 3-4 years of administrative or customer support management experience required
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Skilled in the use of Microsoft software including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred: Intellectual curiosity
- Presentations: Collect and organize material to be presented in final form. Draft, edit and compile electronic presentations to include charts, tables, graphs, PowerPoint and other reports.
- Additional project management responsibilities: Work directly with CAO, CIO, General Counsel and others on project-based initiatives and implementations.
- Project tracking (timelines/budgets/etc.), maintain communication with vendors, issue regular status updates and prioritize inter-departmental assignments.
- Project roll-out, training, documentation and support as needed.
