Position Summary:

GoHealth Urgent Care is one of the fastest growing urgent care companies in the nation. We are a multi-site, multi-state operator that joint ventures our centers with leading innovative and integrated health systems. We currently operate and are developing new sites in New York, Oregon, Washington state, Northern California, Connecticut, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, North Carolina, Delaware, Maryland and Michigan. We are also pursuing multiple new markets and potential acquisition opportunities.

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a motivated Business Development team member to assist in sourcing and engaging with urgent care owners in all our markets. Once engagement is made with a potential seller, the role will secure a confidentiality agreement and supply to the seller an initial data request, and facilitate a smooth handoff to the M&A team to move the prospect through the M&A process. We intend to continue our aggressive growth plan of adding 50+ urgent care centers each year and seek a team member who thrives in a growth culture and will help support and enhance our business development capabilities to ensure that we can meet or exceed our strategic growth objectives.


Bachelor’s Degree in related area required

Work Experience
Four years of responsibility in generating leads preferably in health care

Required Licenses/Certifications
Acceptable MVR and valid driver’s license

Work directly with our VP Business Development on the following:

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Participate in external business development efforts (meetings and conference calls) with potential M&A opportunities
  • Prepare any necessary presentations
  • Organize and present potential opportunities to M&A team
  • Continuously expand knowledge of competitive landscape, healthcare industry strategies and sales techniques
  • Ongoing collaborative communication with direct supervisor to ensure that expectations and overall objectives are being met
Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research to determine existing urgent care operators in each of our existing markets as well as identified target markets
  • Develop and maintain a database of competitors and acquisition targets
Due Diligence Coordination
  • Supply M&A prospect with data request list and manage the intake of information with analyst
