Position Summary:

The Marketing Director will plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for the GoHealth brand for multiple assigned markets. This work includes creating strategies to take advantage of market opportunities, conceptualize strategic initiatives, implement details of campaigns and execute strategies with cross-functional teams.
 
The Marketing Director will help manage GoHealth Urgent Care’s external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies and supervise brand content overseeing and managing the development of a consistent brand strategy.  The Marketing Director will also interface and collaborate with the respective marketing leaders at GoHealth Urgent Care’s health system partners in the markets for which the Marketing Director is responsible. 
 
Essential Functions
 
  • Assist and lead integration of campaigns with brand consistency.
     
  • Establishes marketing and communications strategies and plans based on economic trends, consumer wants and needs, research data, and agency or vendor partnerships. Adapts strategies and programs for assigned local markets and maintains awareness of market trends, competitors and consumer requirements. Track consumer and market insights. Reviews competitive intelligence and benchmarks other systems and industries for best practices.
     
  • Work closely with operations and corporate departments to consult on design and asset creation as it relates to supporting sales efforts.
     
  • Write reports, specifications and creative briefs.
     
  • Work closely with JV partners to facilitate and promote decision-making on a timely basis consistent with brand positioning.
     
  • Develop the GoHealth Urgent Care brand strategy:
Develop a strategy that will build a strong brand that is fit for purpose and will support our business objectives.

Help implement brand research and tracking that will monitor the brand and build an understanding of brand perception.

Make informed decisions on brand development, support new brand activities, ensure the brand values and culture are reflected accurately.

Collaborate with legal and compliance, to ensure the brand collateral is registered for trademark and intellectual property rights where necessary and that this value is understood.
 
  • Develop and execute brand marketing communications plan:
Develop and execute a fully integrated brand marketing communications plan supporting the overall brand strategy.
 
Ensure marketing communications plan for the brand includes internal and external customers through strong stakeholder planning.
 
Monitor customer and supporter reactions to the brand through focus groups and market research ensuring that this feeds into the brand communication planning.
 
Implement the brand guidelines - making sure they are followed and adapted appropriately.
 
Oversee the production of marketing products through a variety of channels, which may include TV and radio adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, email or online campaigns.
 
Be responsible for selecting, managing and maintaining good working relationships with 3rd party vendors, JV’s and others as necessary
 
Be responsible for and closely monitor the quality of marketing communications produced and creative execution of the brand
 
  • Promote and embed the GoHealth Urgent Care Brand company-wide to enhance our culture:
Work across functional groups to create an understanding and awareness of the brand, ensuring the brand is represented accurately and appropriately and consistently communicated
 
Work with all stakeholders including JV partners to improve brand understanding, consistency and the quality of material produced
 
Develop and communicate strong brand messages reinforced through media stories, award success, and internal storytelling
